Jasmine tea is made by blending Souchong tea with freshly picked jasmine flowers, which infuse the tea with their wonderful fragrance and flavor. Like other teas it is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols. These help prevent cancer, keep the heart healthy and aid overall well-being.

Instructions and observations
Since this tea is packaged in teabags, it is simple to prepare.
• Add one tea bag per cup or one tea bag per person if brewing in a pot.
• Use approximately 80°C of water to prepare tea.
• Leave the tea to steep for about 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
