Politica di Rimborso
È possibile fare un reso entro 14 giorni per qualsiasi motivo. Devi sostenere il costo del reso tramite corriere, e noi lo rimborseremo in seguito attraverso il metodo di pagamento originale.

I prodotti finali scontati non sono restituibili;
Il cartellino e la confezione originale del prodotto dovranno essere mantenuti integri;
Gli articoli devono essere mantenuti in buone condizioni.
Per avviare una richiesta di reso, segui questi passaggi:

Seleziona nell'ordine il prodotto che vuoi restituire;
Stampa l'etichetta express e riceverai una email di promemoria;
Restituisci il prodotto seguendo le istruzioni sull’etichetta.

 

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days without any reason. However, the courier cost of the return is on the costumer, and we will refund according to the original payment method.

Please read the following restrictions:
Final discounted products are non-returnable;
The hangtag and original packaging of the product should be kept intact;
Productss should be kept in re-salable condition.

 

To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

Select the product you wisht to return in the order;
Print the express label and you will receive a reminder email;
Return product according to the provided courier label.
