Tofu and Salmon Hamburger Steak with Wasabi Mayonnaise

Ingredients (2 servings):
- 150g salmon
- 100g tofu
- 50g onions
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 4 tablespoons KEWPIE mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons grated wasabi
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes
Directions:

Drain the tofu beforehand.
*Wrap the tofu with a paper towel and place a weight so as not to be watery.

Put tofu, salmon, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend.

Divide the patty into 2 parts. Make them in oval shape and make a well in their center.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and fry the patties.

When they're a nice golden brown color, turn them over. Cover the frying pan and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

Make wasabi mayonnaise: Mix well KEWPIE mayonnaise and wasabi.
*Wasabi gives an accent to the flavor. It goes well with mayonnaise, so you can also use it as a dip for veggies.
