- How to cook:
Ajinomoto Vegetable Gyoza are quick and easy to prepare. The best results are achieved by combining frying and steaming, but this is less complex than it seems.

First, take a medium-sized non-stick pan with a lid and place it on high heat. Pour a little oil (we find that peanut oil works best, but any neutral flavored oil works well) into the hot pan, then carefully place 12 Ajinomoto Vegetable Gyoza in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until until the base of each Gyoza turns golden. .

Then add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan (being careful not to pour the water directly onto the Gyoza), lower the heat, place the lid on the pan and steam the Ajinomoto Vegetable Gyoza for 4 minutes.

By now the water should have evaporated and the base of each Vegetable Gyoza should be crispy again. Serve immediately, with the base of each Gyoza facing up to keep them crisp.
