Akaghi Joshu soba, is the high quality dried buckwheat noodles from Japan.

Ingredients: wheat flour, buckwheat flour (25%), water, salt

How to prepare it:

Place the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Rinse with cold water, serve hot or cold with sauce of your choice.
