Miyasaka Dashi Miso 300g みやさか 出汁入り味噌
Miso containing the ingredients for the preparation of dashi broth. It is perfect for miso soup but also can use for sauces and dressings.
It is low in fat (5%) and cholesterol.
How to prepare;
Miso soup (4 people)
‐Soft tofu
‐Dashi
‐Miso
‐Wakame
1. Place 160 g of soft tofu cut into cubes in a pan. Pour a liter of water and 1 tablespoon of dashi and bring to the boil.
2. Take a small ladle of broth from the pan, dilute about 60 g of miso.
3. Add 80 g of rehydrated wakame. Remove from the heat just before boiling.
Pour the soup into four bowls.
