Lobo Sweet and Sour Seasoning 30g 罗宝甜酸调味料

This powder was designed to speed up the preparation of a sweet and sour condiment. In addition to salt, sugar and spices, it is made from dried and pulverized vinegar, tomato, soy and corn.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add 300 g of chopped meat (pork, veal or beef stew, or chicken), or fish, or shrimp, with a splash of soy sauce. Fry until the meat is browned. Slice an onion, half a carrot and a pepper, and add them, stirring. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in two thirds of a glass of water (about 120 ml) and pour the sauce obtained into the pan, allowing it to fry. Add, if desired, some pieces of drained pineapple (about 100 g) and continue cooking for a few minutes. Serve hot.
