Sanko Daikon Dried Organic 100g 三幸 大根切干
Kiriboshi daikon, also known as dried daikon strips, is a dried vegetable used in many Japanese dishes.
This daikon has soft and rich sweetness, so it is suitable for nimono (slow-cooked dish), miso soup.
The daikon used in this kiriboshi daikon has been naturally sun-dried, to create an extra soft and sweet chopped dried radish.
How to prepare it;
Place the dried kiriboshi daikon in a bowl filled with water and wash it lightly by scrubbing it.
Place the daikon back into a bowl just filled with water and let it soak for 20 minutes.
Next, transfer it back to the strainer and remove excess moisture by squeezing it.
