Dried Wakame Seaweeds Pack 40 g General Information These seaweeds have a delicate and refreshing taste, they are very suitable for summer salads (e.g. with cucumbers, citrus fruits, julienned carrots, sesame seeds). They can also be cooked, if desired, with boiled vegetables, legumes, broths, soups, stews and miso soups. Rich in B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, iron and magnesium. Antihypertensive, detoxifying for the liver, they promote the elimination of fats, they contain alginates which soothe the gastric mucous membranes and relieve reflux and stomach acidity.
Preparation method: Soak the Wakame seaweed in cold water for 5 minutes until they soften, alternatively they can be immersed in hot water for 2 minutes. Warning: if you leave it in the water for too long the algae will lose their taste.
Recommended use: 1 or 2 grams of seaweed per day per person. Made in China.
