Hikari Shinsu White Miso 400g 信州みそ 米こし
This Shiro miso is of the Shinsyu type, that is, with a higher rice content, therefore it has a lighter and sweeter flavor.
Its nutritional value is very good: it is rich in vegetable proteins, vitamins, minerals, and also enzymes that improve the intestinal bacterial flora.
Soy provides lecithin, which lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood, and group B vitamins, useful for epidermal and nervous tissues.
