The juice is extracted from the Yuzu fruit, a typical Japanese citrus fruit, and is pressed using traditional methods.

The flavor is delicate, sweet and similar to that of clementines. It is excellent as a condiment or for garnishing both meat and fish and also salad.

Ingredients; 100% Yuzu juice

1. Pour 60ml of dry sake into a shaker, which gives an alcoholic base being very dry and reaching 19 degrees.

2. Add 120ml of Yuzuya honten shibori yuzu, juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of sugar, 2 mint leaves.

3. Shake everything well and pour into a glass full of ice.
